You have 15 days to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, custom duties taxes and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The costs for return shipping, as well as any associated import fees for returning the goods to the brand's country, will be your responsibility.
