Shipping policy
1. Global Shipping
At WONROB, we offer delivery to all global locations. However, certain products or designs may not ship to select regions due to shipping constraints or contractual reasons.
2. Delivery Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over €150.

Standard Shipping: For orders under €150, a flat shipping fee of €15 applies.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order total and destination.
3. Delivery Process
WONROB sources products from independent designers worldwide, and goods are delivered directly from the designers to you. Delivery times may vary depending on the designer and product. As a result, you may receive multiple deliveries at different times for a single order.
Delivery timeframes for each item are displayed on the product page. For items shipped from overseas, longer delivery times may apply, which will also be specified on the product page.
4. Import Charges, Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes and duties. The amount of import duties and taxes depends on the destination country and is the responsibility of the recipient.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to determine the applicable fees before placing your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number from the designer. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment. Alternatively, you can log into your account under ‘View My Orders’ and access tracking details for each order.
6. Dispatch Times
Designers aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. However, for personalized or made-to-order items, please allow additional time for delivery. All delivery times are clearly displayed on the product page and within the designer’s store.
7. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect Address:
If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, we kindly ask you to contact Customer Care as soon as possible.

If the address can still be updated, we will work with the designer to make the necessary changes.

If the address cannot be changed because the item has already been dispatched, we recommend placing a new order and waiting for a refund for the previous order once it is returned to the sender.
For orders with incorrect addresses, our standard return policy will apply. Shipping costs incurred for the original shipment will not be refunded.
8. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Occasionally, unavoidable factors such as bad weather or postal strikes may delay deliveries. In such cases, the designer will contact you with updates and agree on revised delivery arrangements where possible.
