- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.

- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
- Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).


Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 21 days of purchase.
