Returns
Customers have the right to request a refund or exchange for items within 14 days of delivery to the provided address. Prior notification of the decision is required, and further instructions will be provided.
Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, including basic, made-to-measure, custom-made items, and products on sale. Customers are advised to carefully check the size guide before placing orders for these categories.
Worldwide returns must be sent to Turkey within 5 days of notifying the company of the decision. For customers in the UK and USA, return addresses in these countries are available.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with intact packaging, tags, and labels. Items failing to meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense without a refund. Products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, and intentional damage prior to return will result in full charges without eligibility for return.
Postage and associated costs during the return process are borne by the customer. The initial shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund, including for orders above £500. For European orders, international taxes and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
Using a trackable courier service for returns is strongly recommended as refunds cannot be offered for items that fail to reach the company. Outer packaging must be marked "returned goods" to ensure prompt processing of refunds or exchanges. Returned items must originate from the same country they were delivered to.
Exchanges
Since all collection pieces are made-to-order, exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items (manufacturing defects) or incorrect sizes. Further instructions will be provided upon request.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, along with any additional exchange requests. Additional shipping charges will be invoiced accordingly.
Repeated Returns and Exchanges
While a flexible returns policy is offered to enhance online shopping convenience, repeated returns or exchanges that breach terms and conditions may result in account closure or refusal of future orders at Selezza's discretion.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, customers will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of their refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days and credited to the original payment method.
If your delivery address is in a different country from the brand's origin, any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the local customs and tax authorities, not the provider. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs and tax authorities before placing an order.
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The costs for return shipping, as well as any associated import fees for returning the goods to the brand's country, will be your responsibility.
